About This Special Issue
Over the past 30 years, China's economic take-off has been an indisputable fact. There are two views arguing with each other. One view holds that China's economic take-off is due to the introduction of western economic culture, which makes China's economy experience a qualitative change. Another view is that traditional Chinese culture has played a decisive role in China's economic development. Chinese people have been deeply influenced by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In their economic actions, Chinese people intentionally or unintentionally apply the principles of TCM. TCM has applied the principle of "great doctors cure the country" to the practice of China's economy and successfully cured various diseases of China's economy, thus making China's economy move forward on the right track continuously. This special album supports the latter view. This album will explain how TCM has applied its principles to Chinese economics, which will also elaborate the cure principle of traditional Chinese economics (TCE).
